Life can feel so overwhelming. It can be painful or even numbing. Maybe you've tried talking with friends or family about what's weighing you down, only to receive blank stares or generic lines like, "You win some, you lose some," or "That's life."

What you're feeling is important. It's demanding attention. It takes courage to ask for the help you need. Maybe you've already felt dismissed asking those close to you.

IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU

Individual therapy pertains to just you and me sitting together for a therapeutic hour and really focusing on YOU and what you're going through.

I want to understand what makes you YOU. During individual therapy, I will ask you to tell me your story. I will ask clarifying questions to make sure that I am really getting to understand who you are and what it is exactly that you're looking for. 

If you read this and think, "Well, I don't even know what exactly it is I'm looking for..." That is perfectly acceptable. It's a collaborative relationship journey you and I will take together.
